1. 1G Automated Welding Station in Our W/shop … This Machine capability to weld GTAW, FCAW & SAW process and which is fully automated system and it’s accuracy about 100% on Quality and NDT passes. We have our own WPS & Welder Certificate for this process which approval done by DNV.
2. We Have New Technology Strength Automated Orbital Welding Machine Which can FCAW, GMAW, SAW & SMAW process welding from 8” to 24” , Every 30 minutes can weld 8” one joint including set up time. Accuracy of NDT 99.9%.
3. We Have New Technology Strength Automated Cutting & Beveling machine which can produce every 2 minutes one 8” pipe cut & Bevel
